Terms of Service

JenovaTech provides software development, consulting, and technology services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, API development, cloud solutions, and AI automation.

Our services are provided on a project basis as outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or statements of work agreed upon between JenovaTech and the client.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of JenovaTech or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for completed project work, intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables will be transferred to the client as specified in the individual project agreement.

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate and complete project requirements

- Timely feedback and approvals during the development process

- Providing necessary access, content, and materials required for the project

- Ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials they provide

- Making payments according to the agreed-upon schedule

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

- A deposit is required before project commencement

- Milestone payments are due upon completion of each phase

- Final payment is due upon project delivery

- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope of work. JenovaTech will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates. However, timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to scope changes, delayed client feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges.

Any changes to the project scope may result in adjusted timelines and costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

JenovaTech warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in individual project agreements.

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JenovaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

JenovaTech may showcase completed project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination:

- The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination

- JenovaTech will deliver all completed work and materials

- Any deposits for incomplete phases may be subject to partial refund at JenovaTech's discretion

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mansoura, Dakahlya, Egypt.
