Technology Stack
Citizen-First Digital Platform
We developed a modular Laravel-based platform with Vue.js interactive components, Keycloak for federated identity management, and a Kubernetes-orchestrated microservices backend that enables each ministry to deploy services independently.
National ID Integration
Secure authentication via National ID with biometric verification, supporting single sign-on across all 50+ government services with Keycloak federation.
Digital Documents
End-to-end digital document workflow with PKI-based digital signatures, QR code verification, and secure MinIO storage with encryption at rest.
Bilingual Accessibility
Full RTL Arabic support with dynamic language switching, WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, and voice navigation for visually impaired citizens.
Service Dashboard
Citizens access a personalized dashboard showing their service requests, document status, upcoming appointments, and notifications across all government ministries.
